Last Friday my friends and I went down to the Eastman School of Music to hear Eastman Philharmonic play Mahler Symphony No. 2. It was quite a performance, involving a humongous choir and ending in a big dramatic bang. There's just something magical about going downtown and seeing the stone face of Eastman against all the surrounding brick. Since it was a student performance there wasn't really a dress code, but I felt like looking somewhat put together on our evening excursion. I also stole my friend's hat to add a bit of tomboy to my look. (This may or may not have led to a selfie or two...)

I love the color of your pants! I can't get enough of burgundy right now! Also loving your heels! I haven't been to the philharmonic in years, but now I want to go!
