This winter we've been busy freezing our butts off in the Northeast. "Feels like -10 F" is no longer a joke but a norm, especially with the biting winds slapping you in the face. (Yes, it's March, and yes, a 40 degree day is still considered balmy.) Occasionally my friends and I feel brave enough to go outside without a purpose (i.e. leaving the warm dorm for a reason other than class or labwork). A couple of weeks ago my friends and I managed to get our hands on a few giant balloons courtesy of a fair in the lounge of our central building. Chelsea and I decided that we would hop a fence to the baseball field and snap a few amusing pictures while the balloons were still inflated and (somewhat) floating.
