Slick

I am currently loving the slick look of (faux) leather details. It makes an otherwise plain shirt have an interesting edge. I have also been loving the nude lipstick trend, but the nude lipsticks I have tried on before made me look like I just had vanilla ice cream. In a bad way. So instead, I used my lightest foundation color, patted it on my lips, and topped it off with a pink lipstick. Just like that, I was creative AND just saved money. Maybe I should just run the government. I kid, I kid.

  3. Lovely pics! I, too, am adoring the faux leather look. Thinking about investing in a circle-hemmed skirt and pair of pants in faux leather, myself! :) T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com

  4. Nude lipstick looks wacky on me too, but I should try your foundation/pink lipstick trick. You look cute and edgy at the same time. Love the poses! :)

  6. Oooo I'll have to try that nude lipstick trick, thanks for sharing. I'm loving leather details as well. In fact, I just got a black shirt with leather shoulders.

    Great look as usual!
