Fresh spring rolls are delicious and easy to make. Plus, I feel healthy just looking at the pictures.
These are just the ingredients that I used, but there are infinite possibilities of what you can put inside your spring roll.
Spring roll paper (from any asian supermarket)
Stewed beef chunks
Peeled, cooked shrimp
Siracha/Soy sauce/rice vinegar (for dipping)
Watermelon (for dessert)
To prepare the noodles, boil in water until soft (about 3-5 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water to keep the noodles from sticking.
To prepare the spring roll paper, take a big bowl of hot water. Gently dip the paper into the water, and then immediately put on a plate. By the time you finish putting your ingredients onto the paper, the paper will be ready.
