I doubled the recipe and made four individual pizzas with a thick and soft crust. After making the crust I simply let my family add whatever toppings they desired: tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives, pepperoni, sausage, artichokes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and goat cheese. Not only were we quite full by the end of dinner, but it was rather fun to put toppings on the pizza. Now, if only I knew how to spin pizza dough on the very tip of my finger....
